• Your order is handed to delivery services in 3 working days.
• When your order is handed to delivery services, you will receive an SMS and email notification.
• You can check the status of your order from the “My Orders”  segment of the “My Account”  page.

• You can return your product within 30 days after you receive the receipt date.
• Returns are made between 2-5 working days.
• Furniture returns are made after 7 working days of delivery to our side.

Please check if your order is deteriorated after receiving it. In case of any damage, do not receive the order. Return the order with damage report. Besides cases of damaged orders, changes are not made.
